關於教師授課時數相關法規
國民中小學教師授課節數訂定基準 ( 民國 105 年 04 月 08 日 修正 )三、專任教師兼任導師者，其授課節數與專任教師之差距以四節至六節為
原則。

四、公私立國民中、小學及國立附設中、小學申請調整教師授課節數鐘點費及導師費之補助，規定如下：
(一) 教師授課節數，應符合國民中小學教師授課節數訂定基準之規定。
(二) 直轄市、縣（市）政府應依課程綱要所定各學習領域，採固定節數排課。
(三) 直轄市、縣（市）政府應依下列原則，訂定運用規定：
１、直轄市、縣（市）政府應核定各學校教師員額編制後，依相關規定聘任專任教師。
２、由學校內教師兼任，並領兼課鐘點費。
３、依中小學兼任代課及代理教師聘任辦法規定，聘任代理及代課教師。
(四) 補助調整教師授課節數鐘點費：調整教師授課節數後所餘節數，聘任編制內教師者，每人每年以補助七十萬元為限；聘任代理教師者，每人每年以補助六十萬元為限（含勞工保險、全民健康保險及勞工退休金雇主應負擔之費用）；由公私立國民中、小學教師（包括代課、代理教師）兼任者，每星期補助二節兼課鐘點費；公私立國民小學導師，除補助上開二節外，每星期再補助二節兼課鐘點費。
(五) 補助導師費：公私立國民中、小學（含國民小學及國民中學附設國民補習學校之普通班、藝術才能班及體育班，不含技藝專班）導師費，每月一千元。但本要點生效前已依法令發給之二千元，仍依原核定辦理。集中式身心障礙特殊教育班第二名導師每月支給導師費三千元，由本要點之補助款支應。
